Pregnancy is one of the most incredible and beautiful experiences in a woman's life as well as the most physically challenging.  Exercise and nutrition aids and supports your body in preparation for childbirth as well as for your recovery afterwards.

Pre-natal exercise is important for safely maintaining your fitness levels through your pregnancy, supporting your changing posture to alleviate back ache and preparing you for your labour - the fitter you are before the birth the faster recovery you'll have. Post-natal exercise enables you to safely shed your excess 'baby-weight', correct any nutritional bad habits you may have had and to re-establish your posture.

You will receive a complimentary 30 minute consultation where we will discuss your personal goals before you choose to train either in a 1:1 session or share the cost with a friend or group of mums (no need for a creche, baby and buggy can come too - anything is possible!
